Some towns review building plans in house. Others contract it out to an outside firm, which adds a step and time most contractors discover only after they submit. We researched all thirty-six and we tell you which one you are in at the survey.
Country clubs and gated communities across both counties run their own architectural review on top of the city’s. That approval sits on the critical path. We build it into the schedule instead of treating it as a surprise.

Most backyard projects are three companies pointing at each other — the builder blames the deck crew, the deck crew blames the plumber. Epic holds the licence, the engineering, the permit and the warranty. If a tile lifts in year two, there is no one for us to blame.
